The Mirage is a huge project, which will consist of a group of companies embracing several elements. This will provide potential investors with a range of options and in order for them to be able to evaluate the investment potential more easily, I have detailed those various elements as follows:

The over 50’s Sports resort that is being proposed will cover an area of 100,000m2 and include 250 modern high spec. apartments.
The range of Sports Facilities can be quite extensive and literally decided by the investors, but it is actually big enough to include a sizeable Pitch an Putt.
Mirage Over 50’s resort can be a shareholding company and this would provide investors with flexibility, in terms of buying and selling their share or shares and they can then rent out their investment to generate income if they so wish. Buying-in at this stage, would simply mean registering for a share, or shares and paying a small administration fee. So no risks. Investment will only be required when development begins and subject to proper oversight.
As a shareholding company, each investor would then be able to monitor progress regularly.
